KNITTING IS COOL
WE ARE KNITTERS' objective is to recover an antique, entertaining and, above all, relaxing tradition. In the last few years, knitting has become a trendy and cool activity that most bohemian and cosmopolitan people in Paris and New York practice.
Knitting is simple and chic now. Each kit has all you need to knit the model you choose from our collection.
The wool comes from Uruguay. It is one of the finest wools in the world due to the living conditions of the sheep. Carefully treated by artisans, WE ARE KNITTERS wool is soft, 100% natural and has an exceptional quality.
Apart from this, the wool is distinguished by its thickness and super chunky touch, perfect for beginners and for a young and trendy look.
THE KNITTING EXPERIENCE
Knitting is a relaxing and creative activity you can practice anywhere. It is also a self-satisfying experience as the final product will be handmade all by yourself. This will result in an unrepeatable personal craftwork.

10. Which payment methods do you admit? How do you ensure that payment is secure?
You can pay with a Paypal account or credit card (via Paypal). Paypal handles the processing of payments, since it is the fastest and most reliable online payment method. We will have no access to banking information of our customers; only Pay Pal will have it.
11. Who are you? What is WE ARE KNITTERS?
WE ARE KNITTERS is the business project of two young entrepreneurs. You can find more information in the CONCEPT section of this website.

Yes! We hire professional people, creative and motivated, we are especially working with freelancers (fashion design, graphic design, etc..). 1. Can I knit a kit if I have never knitted before?
Sure! The kits are designed and created for both beginners and experts alike. Our patterns have nothing to do with the traditional ones and are explained so that even the beginners could understand. Furthermore, in the videos section of this site you will find tutorials for all the stitches and techniques that appear in patterns.
2. Can I buy only the wool yarn balls?
Of course, just 'click' in THE YARN (in our online shop) and you can buy all the yarn balls you want.
3. I have doubts about a pattern ....

4. Do you work with other fibers?
Not yet. But we have prepared kits for next collections with other exceptional fibers...but it is still top secret!
5. In which countries do you sell?
Through the online store, you can buy from anywhere worldwide.
6. Where can I buy the kits?
Through the online shop and very carefully selected distributors in Spain and Europe that we will announce soon.
7. Can I buy already knitted clothes?
Yes you can. We also sell already hand-knitted clothes.
8. Can I return the kit?
We only accept returns for defective kits.
9. What if the deliveryman arrives and I am not at home?
He will leave you a note with a contact number and give you some instructions to pick it up. Deliveries are made during business hours, so you may prefer to receive it in the workplace.

Delivery place
The place of delivery shall be the one specified by the customer in the order. A signature is required for delivery therefore cannot be left in a mailbox. Deliveries are made during business hours, so the customer may prefer to receive it in the workplace. In any case, we recommend provide the address as detailed as possible and confirm all the data.
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not present or there is nobody to sign, the deliveryman will leave a note indicating the procedure to retrieve it.
Delivery time
Delivery time in Spain is 24 hours from the day after making the payment. International delivery time is 24 to 72 hours.

Price
Price of the products will be as stated on our web site at any time unless something goes wrong.
All prices include current VAT but exclude shipping costs which vary depending on the number of products purchased and the country of the delivery.
